Great experience with Kelly Brothers. I had heard from friends (including architects & interior designers) that Kelly Brothers is the best, but also expensive. We found their pricing to be competitive with other quotes, and the work, indeed, is great. They were flexible, responsive, and it turned out beautifully. We did take advantage of the "color consultation" for help choosing an accent color and approach to wood staining and that was very helpful. Also, they have folks who can repair stucco, which is incredibly hard to find in the Truckee area. Now we can't even tell where they did stucco repairs, it blends totally seamlessly into the existing stucco.

We are very happy with the repairs and exterior painting of our house! The crews had great communication, were very professional, and did an excellent job.

Kelly Brothers went above and beyond. They stained/painted my house and did a great job. There was an issue when power washing my house. It turned out the spigot hose was broken inside the walls unbeknownst to anyone. Fortunately, I was home and realized quickly because within a couple minutes, it had completely flooded one of my downstairs bedrooms. They stopped immediately. And while the break and subsequent flood was not their fault, Kevin Kelly and Sergio and his team did more to help then I ever could have hoped for. Kevin was at my house within 30 minutes of the issue and they moved the furniture out of the room quickly. I was planning on removing and replacing the carpet in the next couple of months anyway, so instead of trying to save it, they pulled it out and took it to the dump for me. Kevin also helped me connect to a plumber and get some drywall fixed by his guys and all at a good price. I ended up not getting my insurance involved because with the help from Kelly brothers, everything cost less then my deductable. And also, they made everything easy when the idea of dealing with insurance and finding people to fix everything felt overwhelming. Also, Todd the carpenter did a phenomenal job fixing wood trim and other odds and ends on the outside of the house before it was painted. Thank Kevin, Todd, Sergio and the rest of your team.

The house looks excellent. The guys did a great job on the outside and one inside room. Our second time using Kelly Brothers and we will use them next time as well.

Our home at Lake Tahoe has all wood siding and takes a beating from the sun. The Kelly Brothers crew did a great job re-staining our home. The south side took several coats of stain and the workers never complained...they just made our home look great and finished the work on time. Great job!

Our workman was named Jose Nunez. We had a linear bubble in a stucco wall and employed Kelly to repair it. Jose chipped away the stucco beyond the bubble until he found good stucco and then patched that area. He then re-stuccoed the whole wall so the color would match and did a great job matching the color to the rest of the house. He worked diligently, especially considering the extreme heat. Great work.

They showed up on time every morning with everything they needed to do the job. They came out and pressured washed the house and the extra garage before they started doing anything else. The next day they recaulked all the seams and scraped any bad wood that needed to be taken care of. Then, they started painting the house and the trim. Each day, they cleaned up all their mess. They took pride in their work. They were friendly and easy to work with. They were careful to take care of every little detail. When they were done, they had us make sure everything was up to our standards. We were very happy with their supervisor, John, and their color consultant, Kara who gave us some excellent advice. We would highly recommend them for any painting project.

Dealing with Kelly Brothers Painting was a pleasant experience from start to finish. We received a reasonable estimate for an exterior house Painting job. There was a slight hiccup on the start date, but everything worked out fine. The Painting crew was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable in their job. The windows, doors and deck were masked off and they even covered the car to avoid any paint spray from getting on the car. They repaired imperfections with ease. By the completion of the job the house and trim was beautiful. The clean up was so good you would never had known that a crew had just worked on the place. I would definitely recommend them and would definitely use their services in the future.

Kelly Brothers delivers! I had used them before for two bathrooms, and again was very impressed with their quality of work and end product! Edgar and team were professional and painted my bedroom, hallway and beams in a timely manner and everything looks great. Kevin - one of the owners - stopped by and spent a great deal of time with me to make sure thing were done well and that I had all my questions answered. I highly recommend Kelly Brothers Painting!

Contract was to paint the exterior of my 2-story house, matching previous color. The crew arrived on time, did good work, the house looks excellent.

These guys were great. They told me a price, the day they would start and held to it. They ended up having to do three coats on the west exposure which they did with no added cost or comment. All of the workers moved quickly and efficiently and the place was spotless when they left.

We hired Kelly Bros to do a power wash of a Home exterior and pavers. From the moment I called I had a bid same day and the work was completed within five days. Very easy to deal with and great work. I would definitely recommend.
