About the Role:
Kelly Brothers Painting is looking for a skilled Drywall Touch-Up Specialist. If you take pride in high-quality craftsmanship, pay close attention to detail, and can achieve smooth Level 5 finishes or Old World textures, we’d love to have you on our team!
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of drywall repair, touch-up, and interior painting experience
- Ability to deliver Level 5 smooth finishes and Old World textures
- Experience with color matching
- Must have your own tools and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel to job sites throughout Truckee, Tahoe, and Reno
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Painting Foreman
Pay: Starting at $28.00/hour and up (depending on experience and qualifications)

About the Role:
Kelly Brothers Painting is looking for an experienced and motivated Painting Foreman to lead our painting crews and oversee residential and commercial painting projects. The ideal candidate has strong painting skills, proven leadership abilities, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate painting crews on job sites
- Perform and oversee interior and exterior painting projects
- Ensure high-quality workmanship, clean finishes, and attention to detail
- Prepare surfaces, including sanding, patching, caulking, priming, and masking
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and according to specifications
- Communicate effectively with management, team members, general contractors, and clients
- Monitor materials, tools, and supplies to keep projects running smoothly
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to job sites throughout Truckee, Tahoe, and Reno
- Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Professional painting experience and previous supervisory/foreman experience required
